Jackson Motorplex Postpones IMCA Nationals to Begin Revamping the Track

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (Sept. 7, 2017) – Jackson Motorplex is about to endure an extensive facelift, which will include reshaping the track and adding new dirt to the surface this fall and throughout the winter months.
In order to make sure the oval is completed by the start of the 2018 season Jackson Motorplex officials need to start the project immediately while the weather is favorable. Therefore, the IMCA Nationals scheduled for Sept. 22-23 will be postponed until April 2018.
“We would like to thank all of our race teams, fans, sponsors and employees for a great 2017,” Jackson Motorplex General Manager Doug Johnson said. “We look forward to an exciting 2018 and beyond with the changes we are making to Jackson Motorplex.”
